What we collect, why, and the control you have over it.

This policy explains what personal data BullBuzz collects when you use this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights. It applies to this website only, not to third-party sites we link to.

What we collect

• Information you give us. Your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter or send a message through the contact form; your name and message body when you post a review, a comment or a complaint; account details if you register.
• Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you view and the time of your visit. This is used in aggregate to understand which coverage is useful.
• Cookies and similar technologies. Used to remember your preferences (for example your language and whether the preloader is enabled) and to measure traffic.

Why we use it

• To publish your review, comment or complaint and to keep the site free of spam.
• To send the newsletter you asked for - and to stop immediately when you unsubscribe.
• To reply to messages you send us.
• To understand which pages and tools are used, so we can improve them.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations, and to detect abuse.

Legal bases

Where the GDPR or a comparable law applies, we rely on your consent (newsletter, optional cookies), the performance of a contract or your request before entering one (account features), our legitimate interests (site security, preventing abuse, aggregate analytics), and legal obligation (record keeping).

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site - hosting, database, email delivery and analytics - and only as far as they need it to provide that service. Some of those providers may process data outside your country; where required we put appropriate safeguards in place.

Retention

Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages and published reviews, comments and complaints are kept while the page is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for moderation and legal records. Server logs are kept for a short period.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, and ask for your data in a portable format. Use the contact form and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls on administrative systems, and least-privilege accounts. No system is perfectly secure, so we also limit how much data we collect in the first place.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

We update this policy when our practices change. The revision date below changes with it.
